RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis.

For returns and exchanges you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items returned to me within 30 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Custom orders - all sales are final
Earrings – for hygiene reasons, all sales are final

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
