Custom Orders

First and foremost, I take custom orders very seriously. You are trusting me with something that is close to your heart and it is my duty as an artist to help you express those feelings.

Custom Design Process:​

The custom order process starts when you contact me. In this initial email, please tell me who you are designing this piece for and when you’d like the piece completed by. Give me an idea of what you’d like this piece to be and to look like. For example, do you want this piece to be jewelry? If so, what type? Would you like something larger or more sculptural? Do you have a specific metal or stone in mind?

Once I have a clear understanding of your ideas, I will start the design process. Depending on our discussion you can expect to receive anywhere between one and five design options to choose from. After you have chosen the design that speaks to you and we have agreed upon the price. You will receive an invoice. I will begin working on your piece when I have received the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total cost. Balance is due upon completion. In the event that you have not paid your balance within 14 days of the completion notification a late charge of $15.00 will be added onto the total cost. To avoid a late charge please let me know in advance if you’d like to break your payments down into 3 installments. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded which means all sales are final.

Jewelry Care:

Jewelry should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Soft stones such as turquoise and opal are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or hairspray. Oxidation/discoloration will happen to most metals. When you are not wearing your jewelry please keep it out of the open air. Try putting it in a box or sealed baggy.
